About Us

Darrell was born and raised in the beautiful city of Houston, Texas. While at the University of Texas in Austin, he pursued a neurobiology major with a business minor. Following that, Darrell joined the US Army and earned a degree in intelligence studies.

Stationed initially in Korea, he later moved to Fort Gordon in Augusta. Transitioning from military service after four years, Darrell  focused on the legal field at Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. Graduating in 2012, he passed the bar exam in May 2013 and was sworn in in June.

Over the past decade, his legal career has primarily centered around Criminal Defense and Adoption Law, although he is passionate about various legal areas.

Having traveled extensively, Darrell now proudly call Villa Rica, Georgia, home with his wife of 13 years and our two children. He is grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the legal landscape, representing clients in over 20 counties across Georgia.

Jennifer joined The Law Office of Julie C. Moore in May of 2014. She is a graduate of Heard County High School and a 20-year resident of Carroll County.

Jennifer has over 20 years of legal experience in various fields, including Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Estate Law. As our Senior Legal Assistant, she is responsible for assisting the attorneys in our office as well as being the first point of contact for our firm. She is also responsible for meeting with new personal injury clients, assisting with existing claims or setting up new claims if needed, and drafting demand letters.

Jennifer is the backbone of our firm and maintains good relations with clients, opposing counsel, judges, and court staff. When she is not working for our firm she enjoys spending time with her 3 beautiful children and attending Crossfit.

Jalyn's passion for the legal field stems from her desire to help people in need. She has always been a natural problem solver and enjoys finding creative solutions to complex issues. Jalyn's attention to detail and strong work ethic make her a valuable asset to the law office of Julie Moore.

Despite her busy schedule, Jalyn always finds time for her family and friends. She loves spending time outdoors with her daughters and puppy. Jalyn also enjoys trying out new recipes on her grill and hosting dinner parties for her loved ones.

With her positive attitude and dedication to her work, Jalyn is sure to make a meaningful contribution to the law office of Julie Moore

Haley is one of our firm’s Legal Assistants and also serves as our firm’s Social Media Manager. Haley graduated from the University of Georgia in 2023 with two bachelor’s degrees, one in Political Science and one in Psychology. Haley is a Haralson County High School graduate and lifelong resident of the West Georgia area. She possesses a deep understanding and appreciation for our area and its residents.

Haley brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to our team with knowledge in legal matters, combined with her adeptness in managing social media platforms. She is an invaluable asset to our organization. With a strong work ethic and a passion for excellence, Haley is dedicated to providing top-notch support and ensuring our organization's digital presence is engaging and impactful. Her ability to handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency and attention to detail is a testament to her professionalism and commitment to success.

In her time away from her role at our firm, Haley is also a talented entrepreneur and the proud owner of Gilded Lily Artistry, a business specializing in bridal hair and makeup. Haley's entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to her craft are truly commendable.

Niccole Davis, a Carrollton High School alumna, is a resident of Carroll County, Georgia. Along with her husband Chris, who also is a Carrollton graduate, Niccole is a busy mother to their triplets. Her academic journey led her to acquire degrees as a Radiology Technologist and later a CT Technologist. Her professional expertise lies in pediatric radiology, a field where she has made significant contributions throughout her career.

When her triplets were born, Niccole decided to take a sabbatical from her career in healthcare but she didn't stay away from a professional life for long. Today, she is an integral part of the Law Office of Julie Moore. As a professional bookkeeper , Niccole handles various crucial tasks such as accounts receivable, payable, and many other accounting-related functions.

Her part-time commitment to the law office is not just a duty, but a labor of love. She is not just a valued asset to the team but also a dear friend to Julie Moore, which is why she decided to join the firm. With her diverse skill set and dedication, Niccole plays an essential role in the office's operations.

My kids and I were in a car accident. We were hit on our way home, the other drivers insurance wasn’t helping with any repairs or anything. I found this place and I’m so happy with their service. She helped me get my car fixed, and my son and I received therapy. I highly recommend her. Her whole stuff is really helpful and friendly.

This is my first time having to use an attorney. I asked around and was recommended to use Ms. Moore. I will say so far it has been a very pleasant experience. As a first timer I had a good bit of questions before I made the consultation with Ms. Moore. Jennifer was so helpful and very informative on some questions I had , she was very respectful happy to help in anyway she could . After meeting with Julie a lot of my concerns were put at ease.
