"Hello, and thank you for visiting our website! My name is Julie and I am the attorney here at the Law Office of Julie C. Moore.
I was born in Gadsden, Alabama, and raised locally in Carrollton, Georgia. I am a graduate of Carrollton High School and the University of West Georgia where I received my bachelor's degree in Marketing. I attended law school at Atlanta's John Marshall Law School and graduated in the top 15% of my class in 2009. While attending John Marshall, I had the honor of participating on the John Marshall Moot Court Team and was a member of the John Marshall Law Journal.
During my third year of law school, I had the opportunity to intern with the Dekalb County Public Defender's Office Complex Felony Division and also with The Georgia Court of Appeals under the then Chief Judge, Anne Elizabeth Barnes where I experienced assisting in the drafting of court opinions. Upon graduation from law school, I returned to Carrollton where I worked as an Assistant Public Defender. During my time there, I represented clients in over 1,000 felony cases.
In November of 2012, I started The Law Office of Julie C. Moore and have served thousands of clients in the areas of Criminal Defense and Personal Injury.
In my spare time, I enjoy living on my small farm, Southern Post Farm, with my wonderful husband and our two labrador retrievers, Sophie and Dixie. Together, we raise honey bees and hens for sale and also maintain our pond, cut flower garden, and vegetable garden.

Practice Manager
Jennifer joined The Law Office of Julie C. Moore in May of 2014. She is a graduate of Heard County High School and a 20-year resident of Carroll County.
Jennifer has over 20 years of legal experience in various fields, including Criminal Defense, Personal Injury, and Estate Law. As our Senior Legal Assistant, she is responsible for assisting the attorneys in our office as well as being the first point of contact for our firm. She is also responsible for meeting with new personal injury clients, assisting with existing claims or setting up new claims if needed, and drafting demand letters.
Jennifer is the backbone of our firm and maintains good relations with clients, opposing counsel, judges, and court staff. When she is not working for our firm she enjoys spending time with her 3 beautiful children and attending Crossfit.

Jalyn Freeman

Niccole Davis
Bookkeeper
Niccole Davis, a Carrollton High School alumna, is a resident of Carroll County, Georgia. Along with her husband Chris, who also is a Carrollton graduate, Niccole is a busy mother to their triplets. Her academic journey led her to acquire degrees as a Radiology Technologist and later a CT Technologist. Her professional expertise lies in pediatric radiology, a field where she has made significant contributions throughout her career.
When her triplets were born, Niccole decided to take a sabbatical from her career in healthcare but she didn't stay away from a professional life for long. Today, she is an integral part of the Law Office of Julie Moore. As a professional bookkeeper, Niccole handles various crucial tasks such as accounts receivable, payable, and many other accounting-related functions.
Her part-time commitment to the law office is not just a duty, but a labor of love. She is not just a valued asset to the team but also a dear friend to Julie Moore, which is why she decided to join the firm. With her diverse skill set and dedication, Niccole plays an essential role in the office's operations.

Social Media Manager
Maggie joined The Law Office of Julie C. Moore in 2025 as our Social Media Manager. A graduate of Central High School and lifelong Carrollton resident, she earned her Bachelors degree in Marketing from Georgia Southern, graduating Cum Laude in May 2025.
Maggie is responsible for managing our firm’s online presence — creating engaging content, sharing legal tips, and highlighting the work we do for our community. Her creativity, marketing skills, and deep local roots make her an essential part of our team.
When she’s not behind the camera or creating content, Maggie enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Madison "Madi" Hutt
Legal Assistant
Madison’s passion for the legal field comes from her deep interest in the justice system and her desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
