Wills

Everyone should have a will.  A will is the legal instrument that carries out your wishes upon your death.  A will not only protects your wishes but it can also prevent confusion and arguments among family members.  A will can also decrease the level of stress your loved ones face when making funeral arrangements during the grieving process.  Wills range from simple to complex.  Further, for a will to be valid in Georgia, certain standards must be met.  An attorney is needed to ensure that the will includes all the necessary provisions and to make sure that it is prepared in a fashion that will be honored by the courts upon your death.
